How far in advance should we reserve our bouncer?
Reserve AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! Our jumpers book up very quickly! However if you are in a bind and need a rental on short notice, just give us a call and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

What is your cancellation policy?
We allow cancellations up to 7 days prior to the party with no charge but if you cancel with in the 7 days we do charge a 20% restocking fee.
What is your rain and wind policy?
We will not deliver any of our infaltables if weather conditons are bad. We will give the customer a call that morning to decide to keep the order or not. If customer would still like the jumper delivered, we require payment through credit card. There is NO refund after jumper has been delivered and set up.
You may either pay with credit card or cash. After we have confirmed your order, you may pay before or after.
Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
Normally, we let our customers rent them out for 8 hours. We usually have our drivers leave the warehouse at 9:00 AM and have them set-up the rental equipment before 12:00 AM. Driver’s usually pick up equipment between 6:00-8:00 PM. Overnight rentals are accepted for an additional charge. Call for more info. Please be aware customer’s are responsible for lost or damaged items.
Yes, we deliver and set up the jumper. You just point out where you want it to be set, and we’ll have it up in no time!
What type of surface can the jumper be placed on?
The jumpers may be placed on most flat surfaces such as: lawn, concrete, asphalt, or dirt. We will refuse service if our jumpers are at any risk.
We do charge for delivery if your area is out of reach in our zone.
We need a minimum of 2′ of clearance on all sides of the inflatable. A 15′x15′ area is required for 13′x13′ moonwalks, 17′x22′ for most combo units, and 32′x15′ for most slides. The area should be flat, free of debris, rocks, and trees. If you have an in-ground sprinkler system, please make sure the timer is not set to go on. We can set up on grass, pavement, or indoors.
Each unit requires a 110V (standard) outlet. A dedicated outlet is preferred.
Can I set up the jumper myself?
For safety, we do not allow our customers to take any activity in setting up or taking down the jumper.
Yes. All of our jumpers are thoroughly cleaned weekly. We are committed to making sure that your children have a clean, healthy, and safe environment in which to play. In addition to cleaning, we also safety check and troubleshoot all equipment before it goes out to another customer. This way, youre always guaranteed a unit that is safe, clean, and in good working order.
How long does it take to set up and take down?
It takes approximately 15 minutes to set-up the jumper and roughly 15-30 minutes deflating and taking down standard size jumpers.
No deposit is reuqired, but please call 7 days prior to the event if it needs to be cancelled or rescheduled.
No, not for normal usage. However, if excessive cleaning is needed, a minimum fee of $50 will be assessed.
How many children can fit inside the jumper?
Most of our jumps accommodate anywhere from 8 to 10 children under twelve years of age. The older and larger the occupants are, the greater the risk of overcrowding and injury. We recommend no more than 4 to 6 teenagers and less than 5 adults per unit. All bouncers are equipped with stepping platforms for easy access into the unit. PLEASE supervise your guests, particularly young children, to insure their safety and good time. No food items, no shoes and no sharp or pointed items should be allowed in any unit. Use common sense; do not deflate the unit while children are still inside jumping. In case of any malfunction, exit the unit immediately and call us for advice or technical assistance.
Yes. Our jumpers are constructed to be as safe as possible. As with any activity involving small children, an adult should supervise the activity. This will help to ensure that the few simple rules continue to be followed and that someone is always there to assist children entering and exiting the moon bounce.
What are your safety rules/regulations?
1. Always have adult supervision at ALL times, when children are in or around the unit.
2. Children must remove their shoes prior to entering the unit.
3. Keep the number of children in the unit at or below the number indicated in the rental agreement.
4. No horseplay or flips.
5. Absolutely NO gum, food, drinks, candy or silly string in the unit. These items, especially silly string, are very harmful to the vinyl. Violation of this rule can result in additional charges for cleaning.
6. Keep smaller children out of the unit when older children are jumping. Allow a separate time for just the small children to participate and enjoy the fun.
7. Do not move the unit from the set up location for any reason.
8. Do not use near water or when fireworks are being used or will be used.
